Gateway Praise is a worship team of male and female vocalists who encourage a cappella participation in worship. This is done by teaching singing parts in both contemporary and traditional songs and by creating an inspirational and spiritual atmosphere where people feel comfortable to sing and shout praises to God.
Gateway Praise meets every Wednesday evening at 5pm and on Sunday mornings at 8am, as needed, in the Gateway Auditorium to rehearse music for the upcoming Sunday worship. We practice 4-part harmony (soprano, alto, tenor, bass).
We are always looking for volunteers to join our talented and unique team. Into/Basic knowledge of music theory and some experience singing is preferred, but there is always plenty of room to learn.
