The women’s ministry is designed to meet the needs of women by creating an environment for spiritual development by exploring issues relevant to women and encouraging broad-based participation. The goal of the women’s ministry is to promote Christian women fellowship, to help women renew their personal faith, and to provide guidance in the Christian woman’s daily walk with Christ. The women’s ministry also provides opportunities for women to become more involved in the church community and seeks to facilitate an environment of Christian fellowship across different cultural, social, age, and economic barriers.

Each Tuesday, a group of women gather at 10:30 in the Family Life Center for a time of Bible study and prayer. Women of all ages and life stages enjoy the encouragement and support that comes from peering into scripture Our topic for this fall is entitled:
Our topic for this fall is entitled:“An Emptier, Fuller Life: A Study of Surrender & Thanksgiving.” Our goal is to take the words of Mary in Luke 1:38, “I am the Lord’s servant, may it be to me as you have said,” and learn to exhibit that kind of surrendered faith. Coffee and refreshments are served and babysitting is provided.
