We believe the church is called to love, serve, and care for those in need. Through our outreach ministries, we’re able to make a real difference in the Pensacola community.
Second saturday
Years ago at our former location the Gateway Church of Christ created a monthly outreach event in order to provide food, clothing items, various necessities, a warm shower, and lots of love to the homeless population in the Pensacola area. Those efforts eventually evolved into what is now known as "Second Saturday."
This takes place on the second Saturday of each month from 9:00–11:00 AM at the Gateway building.
CAMPS 'N CORNERS
Camps 'N Corners is a ministry that was birthed out of the Second Sunday Ministry. Once the team finishes up at our building we load up goods in the van and travel to known homeless encampments to provide aid to those in need.
