Would someone please desire this opportunity? In a world where leadership most often revolves around influencers and fame, the church is in need of more shepherds. As a matter of fact, we are all in need of more shepherds. So how does the term "Elder" apply to shepherding? It's the same thing. Paul appointed elders in every town to look after, guide and protect the sheep from dangers they many times were not even aware of. We need good leaders!!!
