Our own personal histories greatly influence those perceptions and when misguided principles influence perception we can become judges of others and their motives.

Ok, really it is a sermon asking questions and offering solutions in regards to the epidemic that has been growing for years regarding men and spirituality. Why does it seem that many men are not capable of enduring spiritual moments, or lead passionately and spiritually at the same time? Does spirituality appeal to females over males? Not according to this series it hasn't.
A very familiar face continues this week in the Undignified characters of the Bible. Former Gateway Minister, Eddie Levick (1980-1990) gives an inspirational message about the type of undignified life Jesus was all about living and how that challenges us to live the same way.

In the opening sermon of the new Undignified series, Jeremy explains and challenges hearts through the comparison of two hearts. The hearts of King David and his wife Michal. But what leads her from a heart that originally loved David to a heart that despises him. Can the same thing happen to us? While David is willing to look foolish for the heart of God, Michal is caught up in status. Her father modeled that well for her.
